Linda — honestly, I didn't change my diet much at all. I still eat what I always ate. The change was the morning routine she walks through in the video. Watch the whole thing before you decide anything though — she explains who shouldn't try it.

I had canceled three family trips because of how unpredictable my stomach was getting.
